How we work

We set things up on your own accounts and devices.
You are present for every session, in person or on a live screen-share.
You keep ownership of every account and type your own passwords.
When setup is done, we hand everything over to you and step away.

What’s not included

No legal advice. We are not lawyers.
No VA claims help. We are not VA-accredited. We’ll refer you to a free accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO).
No financial or investment advice, and no money movement.
No medical advice. We only set reminders.
No password storage and no tax preparation.

AI can make mistakes

AI assistants can miss a reminder, misread a document, or give a wrong answer. Always double-check important dates, amounts, and messages. We don’t control the AI companies’ products, and they can change at any time.
