Our Privacy Promise

Our core promise

• You own everything. Every account, password, device, and file stays yours.
• We never store your passwords. You type them in yourself. If we see one by accident, we do not write it down or keep it.
• We never move your money. We do not pay bills, make transfers, or buy anything for you.
• You are always present. We only work with you there, in person or on a live screen-share.

What we may see

While we work side by side, we may see things on your screen, like your inbox, calendar, contacts, or bills you choose to show us. We look only at what we need to finish the setup. You can ask us to look away or stop sharing your screen at any time.

What we never keep

• Passwords, PINs, security codes, or answers to security questions.
• Full Social Security, bank, credit card, or VA file numbers.
• Copies of your medical, financial, or VA records.
• Screenshots or recordings of your screen, unless you ask in writing.

What we do keep

• Your name and contact details.
• Our signed agreement, invoices, and payment records.
• Short setup notes, like “calendar reminders turned on,” with no passwords or private account details.

How we handle documents

• Your papers stay with you. We do not take originals or copies home.
• If you send us a file to help with setup, we use it only for that task and delete it when the task is done.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
• We do not use your information to train AI systems.
• The AI tools you choose have their own privacy rules. We’ll show you where to find them and how to change key settings.

When our work ends

We remove any access you gave us and show you how to confirm it’s gone. We delete any of your files or messages we still hold, and we confirm in writing that it’s done.
