Less to keep in your head

AI tools are powerful, but most people don’t know where to start. We set up a helper that reminds you, keeps things organized, and answers simple questions like “What’s on my schedule this week?”

  • Bill and due-date reminders
  • Appointment reminders, including VA and TRICARE visits and refills
  • Sorting and labeling email
  • Paperwork and renewal reminders
  • Shared family to-do lists
  • A simple folder system for your papers

We set it up to remind and suggest, not to act. You make every decision. AI can be wrong, so we show you how to double-check important dates and amounts.

How it works

Three simple steps

We go slow, one step at a time. You tap, Leo coaches.

  1. Listen first

We start with one question and pick your top headaches to solve. No pressure, and no signing on the spot.

“What’s the one task in your life that nags at you most?”
  2. Set it up together

In person or on a video call, on your phone and accounts. You type your own passwords. Calendar reminders, a shared to-do list, and a simple folder system for papers.

  3. Hand it over

You leave with a big-print picture guide. About 30 days later, Leo checks in to fix anything that’s bugging you. After that, it’s yours.

Who it’s for

Built for people like us

A lot of vets and families feel “on my own,” buried in appointments, reminders, and paperwork. You don’t have to sort it out alone.

Veterans

VA and doctor appointments, refills, bills, and a place for your DD-214 and other important papers.

Military families

Moves, deployments, and paperwork. A shared family calendar and to-do list keep everyone on the same page.

Retirees

Help with bills, appointments, and family plans, set up at your pace with a guide in large print.

Small businesses

Simple daily or weekly reports and reminders.

Coming later

“I’m not techy.” That’s exactly who this is for. If you can send a text, you can do this.

Our privacy promise

Your accounts stay yours, start to finish

Like a mechanic who works in your garage: we use your tools and your truck. We don’t drive off with the keys.

  • You own everything.Every account, password, device, and file stays yours.
  • We never store your passwords. You type them in yourself. If we see one by accident, we don’t write it down or keep it.
  • We never move your money. We don’t pay bills, make transfers, or buy anything for you.
  • You are always present. We only work with you there, in person or on a live screen-share. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we never keep

  • Passwords, PINs, or security codes
  • Full Social Security, bank, card, or VA file numbers
  • Copies of your medical, financial, or VA records
  • Screenshots or recordings of your screen, unless you ask in writing

We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t use it to train AI. When our work ends, we remove any access and confirm it in writing.

What we don’t do

We help you get organized. Some things belong with other professionals, and we’ll always tell you so.

  • No VA claims help.We are not the VA, and we are not VA-accredited. For claims, we’ll point you to a free accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO), such as the VFW, American Legion, DAV, or your county veterans office. We can help you keep your papers organized and remind you of appointments.
  • No legal advice. We are not lawyers.
  • No financial or investment advice. We never tell you what to buy, sell, or pay.
  • No money movement. We don’t pay bills, transfer funds, or make purchases for you.
  • No medical advice. We only set reminders. Your doctors make medical decisions.
  • No password storage.Your passwords are yours alone.
  • No tax preparation. That’s a job for a tax professional.

About Leo

Hi, I’m Leo Mora.

I’m an Air Force veteran, a husband, and a dad to two girls. I’ve loved technology since I was a kid.

I enlisted right after 9/11 and served almost 17 years as a biomedical equipment technician, keeping the medical equipment that doctors and medics depend on safe and working. I retired in 2018 with an honorable discharge. Today I’m a Clinical Engineering Manager, still keeping healthcare technology running.

After the Air Force, I ended up in a fight with DFAS. I looked for lawyers and organizations, anyone who could help. Nobody did. So I turned to AI. It helped me organize, draft, and plan every next step. It gave me the tools to take it on myself and keep moving my life forward for my wife and our two daughters.

I spent my career making sure the equipment worked so people could get care. Now I want to help keep your life running.

That’s why I started this service under Cormo LLC, our family company. We set it up together, at your table, and I never hold your passwords.

Our values

The Air Force core values, still on duty

The same values Leo served by guide how Cormo works with every client.

Integrity First

We set things up with you, and we never hold your passwords. We tell you plainly what we do and what we don’t.

Service Before Self

We fix your biggest headache first. This is about making your life easier.

Excellence in All We Do

We set it up right, and we make sure you can use it on your own.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Plain answers to what people ask most. Don’t see yours? Ask Leo on a free intro call.

Is my information safe?

You type your own passwords, and we never write them down or keep copies of your records. Everything stays on your accounts. We’ll also show you the privacy settings in the AI app itself, because that company has its own rules.

Is this the VA? Can you help with my claim?

No. We are not the VA, and we are not accredited to help with claims. For that, a free accredited service officer at the VFW, American Legion, DAV, or your county veterans office is the right call. We can help you keep your papers organized and remind you of appointments.

How do I know you’re not a scam?

Fair question. We will never ask for your passwords, your Social Security number, or a payment over the phone, and we never move money. Part of what we teach is how to spot scams.

What does it cost?

The intro call is free. We’ll go over the price of setup before anything starts, and there’s nothing extra unless you say yes first. If you choose a paid plan from an AI company, you pay that company directly. Many have free versions.

Will the AI do things without asking me?

We set it up to remind and suggest, not to act. You make every decision. AI can be wrong sometimes, so we double-check important dates and amounts together.

In person or online?

Either one. We can sit down together in person or work on a live video call with screen sharing.

Can my spouse or a family member join?

Yes, if you want them there. Family sharing is optional. You choose exactly what, if anything, gets shared.

What if I forget how to use it?

That’s what the big-print picture guide and the 30-day check-in are for.
